Ingredients:
_Group of people who want to try something new
_Picture frames with icons, personalities, types, people like you and me - IMPORTANT: more picture frames than participants
_Pens, papers
Ideal for groups of 5 - 12 people
Time required (about 30 min.)
_5 Min. explanation of method + selection of pictures
_Write for five minutes
_3 minutes presentation per idea
_15 min. discussion in plenum

Tip: By selecting the photos, different target groups can be illuminated and/or specified.
Procedure / Rules:
_1. Invitation to the participants: Choose a photo that you like, that suits you (individually or in small groups).
_2. After everybody has chosen a picture, the moderator announces the question, e.g. As you all know, we are planning a big trade promotion for our new product XY. Please slip into the mind of the person or the creature you have chosen and think about how a trade action would look like if this person would plan the action.
3. If a participant cannot do anything with the combination: selected photo + question, he/she may select another photo.
_4. <span style="color: #000000;The participants have 5 - 10 minutes time to write down their ideas in keywords on a piece of paper.
All is allowed. The wilder and more suitable to the photo, the better.
_5. The participants present their ideas in the plenum and are rewarded with applause by the others.
_6. Discussion: What do the ideas mean for our real task?
_7. Further development of ideas - individually, in groups or in plenary.
