Background<\/h4>\n

Lea as German initials stands for performance, commitment and recognition. The award of the \u201cLea-Mittelstandspreis f\u00fcr soziale Verantwortung in Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg\u201d expresses gratitude and recognition to socially committed companies and creates public awareness. The award is carried by the Ministry of Economics, Labour and Housing and the two welfare associations Diakonie and Caritas Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg. Together with the administrative office and the specialist accompanying institute, they work continuously on its further development.<\/p>\n

Task<\/h4>\n

In view of the Lea's 15th anniversary in 2021, more clarity and a common understanding of the future orientation is to be established within the group of carriers.<\/p>\n

Solution<\/h4>\n

Questioning, moderating, consulting: The view from outside helps to achieve lively results quickly and efficiently. In a half-day workshop, the eight participants work out their identity-creating target image, discuss and concretize next steps. The subsequent elaboration of a positioning paper and a conceptual recommendation for the further development of the communication measures help with implementation and consolidation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
