Background<\/h4>\n

Stiftung Haus Lindenhof was founded by the Diocese of Rottenburg-Stuttgart and the Caritas Association of the Diocese in 1971. Today, 108 facilities at 65 locations in the Ostw\u00fcrttemberg region and the district of G\u00f6ppingen belong to the Haus Lindenhof Foundation. 1800 employees currently accompany, support, care for and look after around 2200 elderly people and people with disabilities who are in need of care.\nwww.haus-lindenhof.de<\/p>\n

Task<\/h4>\n

Social space orientation is one of the major trends in social work. During the symposium, more than 80 executives are to develop a common picture of the foundation's social space orientation, work out the status quo, potentials and potential hurdles. At the same time, the symposium is also intended to strengthen the community and provide plenty of space for exchange and networking.<\/p>\n

Solution<\/h4>\n

The guiding question for the day, \"What can a social space-oriented Haus Lindenhof Foundation look like?\" formed the basis for an intelligent mix of presentations, working in small groups, and live feedback through voting or TED polls.\nThe focal points were:
\n_Dialogue islands on the topic of self-image, hurdles, readiness for change and scope for action.
\n_World Caf\u00e9 to explore the topics in greater depth
\n_ Strategic classification of the topic by the management in dialog with the plenum.
\n_Presentation: Best practice examples from other companies.
\n_Summary and classification of the findings after each module by the moderators.
