Background<\/h4>\n

Ensuring the highest standard of resident-centered care and actively addressing the shortage of skilled workers\u2014that is the goal of the project \u201cCare of the Future!\u201d<\/em> by the AWO District Association of Baden e. V. The project lays the groundwork for new, holistic structures that both optimize operational processes and ensure the long-term quality of care.<\/p>\n

The focus is on a shift in perspective: moving away from a rigid quota of qualified staff toward a mix of skill sets. By deploying staff based on their competencies, care and support services are improved, while existing expertise is specifically recognized and utilized. A key component of the project is the \u201cLeadership Skills\u201d seminar for nursing professionals.<\/p>\n

Task<\/h4>\n

The goal of the training is to empower nursing professionals in their new leadership roles within changing work structures. The target audience includes nurses who have completed a three-year training program. Particular emphasis is placed on development potential in the areas of communication and language.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Solution<\/h4>\n

A seminar program developed on behalf of fortbildung1, Stuttgart<\/a>
\nParticipants are already in leadership roles or are preparing for them, and thus bring practical experience in internal and external communication to the table. This enables particularly hands-on learning: the content is developed directly in relation to real-world tasks and current challenges. Everyone can contribute their own case studies and use them to practice their skills.<\/p>\n
