The Kreissparkasse Heilbronn maintains over 100 branches or self-service locations and employs over 1,500 people. Thus, Kreissparkasse Heilbronn is an important shaper / has a profound influence within the deutschen Sparkassenverbands.
To increase acceptance of the topic of digitisation and thus also to motivate employees to actively participate in this change.
Digitalisation means extreme changes for companies and employees. This can cause insecurity or fear - often leading to resistance. In order to take employees into the process of change in an appreciative and responsible manner from the very beginning, ebene c developed and moderated a series of workshops for employees and managers from all sales departments and divisions. By bringing together different perspectives, new ideas and opportunities are created that can be used for internal and external development. The learnings are being directly incorporated into a comprehensive HR project.
Through methodically unusual approaches, ebene c enabled a goal-oriented deepening and consistent further development of the topic of digitization. The participants experienced the topic tangibly, closely and as an opportunity for their own co-design."
