Task
Design and moderation of a one-day departmental retreat, which will take place digitally in winter 2020/21 due to the Corona situation. The Department of Organisation and Organisational Development is in a process of formation and development, and the retreat is another important step in this process. The professional topics: Clarification of tasks, goals and the development of criteria or tools for measuring success. And, ideally: a real retreat atmosphere despite the digital meeting.

A well-structured day in Zoom with a healthy mix of presentations, exchanges, working sessions in break-out sessions and impulses from the facilitator.
Central success factors for a successful day:
_Detailed preparation with the department management and a collaborative facilitation approach
_Sensible mixture of small groups, sometimes driven by content, sometimes in the sense of exchange with appropriate time management
_New perspectives on topics such as customer orientation or performance measurement through impulses from the field of marketing.
