_Concretion of communication
_Guidance and Consulting
Background
With around 4,500 employees, adesso SE is one of the leading IT service providers in the German-speaking region and has set itself the goal of strengthening and promoting women in the IT industry with its "She for IT" initiative. One of the internal programmes: Eleven adesso women with a role model function are accompanied in a two-year coaching to specifically develop their professional and personal skills.
Task
Regular workshops are designed to strengthen the unity and diversity of the "adesso Elf" and to help shape their communicative role.
Solution
Four workshops are designed, moderated and documented over the course of a year. The decisive factor here is the ongoing comparison with the goals and content of the overall programme as well as the wishes and needs of the participants. Due to the pandemic, there is variety between real workshops and zoom meetings. The programme ranges from the development of the brand personality to the common goal image to values and principles. There is conceptual work on target group personas and communication measures as well as elevator pitches and training for concrete applications and social media posts. There is space for exchange, discussion and agreement on the next steps. The project is carried out on behalf of and in close cooperation with the agency follow red.
Client quote
„“Ralph managed to be accepted by the adesso Elf as 'Head of Workshops' in the very first workshop. With a holistic view, exciting methods and a good sense for responding to the group, he has successfully accompanied us since then and made important results transparent. Thank you for this valuable contribution to our great goal of making IT more female!”
Daniela Steins, Corporate Communications Manager, adesso SE
“The communication concept 'She for IT' was developed in our agency and Ralph was involved as a strategist and concept developer from the very beginning. It was clear that as a systemic moderator he would complement our team perfectly. With the workshops, we have taken a step forward in fostering communication."
