Background
The Diakonisches Werk Württemberg is the umbrella organisation for over 2,000 institutions and services. In total, the Diakonie in Württemberg looks after about 270,000 people with 40,000 full-time employees and more than 35,000 volunteers.
Task
Development of workshop modules that inspire during the event, enable cooperation or strengthen the group feeling and at the same time offer many learnings for everyday life.
Solution
ebene c developed a special workshop design for the marketing day of the social services of Diakonie Württemberg: In an interactive lecture with illustrative examples and creative exercises, the approximately 100 participants received a practice-oriented intensive compact course on social marketing and creativity techniques.
