Task

Following major changes in personnel - including in the management - the FMF intends to shape strategically important issues together with the workforce and strengthen its identity.

Solution

A simple formula: Time spent together + important content + constructive friction. In short: A studio day for all employees to work creatively and inspiringly on and with their own identity. Through a variety of changes of perspective, you get to know each other better, mix in small groups and work on a common vision of the future. Work packages with responsibilities in everyday life are put together as sustainable solutions. One of these leads to the subsequent positioning workshop for the management circle, in order to clarify the understanding of roles between the company and the event formats. The basis has been created and further development steps will follow.

Client quote

"Ralph made it easy for us. Disarming questions that we hadn't asked ourselves before, effective methods and, time and again, the advice not to lose focus. What more could you ask of a consultant. Thank you!"

Prof. Ulrich Wegenast, Artistic Director

"A change process of this kind, which should also lead to more participation, which in the end can only be achieved with more transparency, does not work without external support. Ralph gave us this support. With a very quick insight into the culture of our internal cooperation, he immediately asked the right, targeted questions. With a good feeling for time efficiency and always empathetic perception to keep everyone involved in the design and communication process, he was exactly the right partner for us and our requirements".
